Miss Charity 2009 - Emily Grace Batchelor
The Miss Bedfordshire organisers are commited to upholding the, “Beauty with a purpose”, ethos of the Miss World organisation by raising funds for charity.
All the Miss Bedfordshire finalists were invited to raise funds for our chosen charity ‘Aspire’ . The top fundraiser was awarded a sash ,crown and the title Miss Charity Bedfordshire on the night of the final.

Spinal Cord Injury has a devastating effect on the 1,200 people who become paralysed each year. Aspire’s projects and services have a very simple goal - to provide the support needed to take those who use them from injury to independence.
Miss Popularity 2009 - Deborah Bodsworth
In the weeks leading up to the final show the general public had the chance to vote for their favourite contestant. The winner of the Public Vote was crowned onstage during the final show.
Miss Congeniality 2009 - Becky Bennett
All the finalists took part in a secret ballot just before the show after a full day of rehearsals together to choose the one contestant who, in their view, deserved the title of Miss Congeniality. The winner was crowned during the awards section of the show.
